Professional responsibility
A competent person signs off every report
LCRM requires risk assessments to be carried out by a competent person. AutoReport produces a draft. A competent assessor reviews, amends and signs off every report, and professional responsibility for the assessment stays with them.
AutoReport uses AI to help draft the report from the environmental data and walkover information supplied. The draft is a starting point: the assessor's review and sign-off are what make it a report.
